Financial:

1. Q: What is Vista Parking’s Daily Valet Parking Rate?

A: $15.00 per day plus 15% City Parking Tax

2. Q: Do I have to Prepay when making a reservation?
A: Yes, one day of parking ($15.00) plus, City Parking Tax

3. Q: How long in advance should I make my Reservation prior to my trip?
A: Typically, you should try to book your trip as soon as possible. Most people book parking reservations 2-4 weeks in advance. If you are a customer or frequent flyer, one (1) week to 24 hours in advance.

4. Q: Is there an Hourly Parking Rate?
A: No, we run our daily parking facility based on 24 hour intervals with a three hour grace period. Example: Joe and his family arrive at Vista Parking on Saturday April 24, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time to park their vehicle and leave for their vacation, we clocked them in at 12:00 P.M. and shuttled them to Newark Airport. They arrive back at Vista Parking Saturday May 1, 2010 (one week later) at 4:00 P.M. We clock them out at 4:00 P.M. We charged Joe and his family (8) days for parking plus 15%Tax.

5. Q: Do I have to pay 15% City Parking Tax?
A: Yes, the City of Newark requires all parking lots to collect 15% Parking Tax from all of their customers in the City of New Newark. Example: Joe and his family park for (8) days at Vista Parking. Joe and his family were able to obtain a discount coupon from the internet which gave them $3.00 off per day.(8 days of parking) x $12.00 = $96.00, plus 15% NJ Tax = $110.40 total.

8. Q: Can I leave anything worth value in my car while I’m parking at your facility?

A: No, although we have all of the necessary security: video camera’s, fencing, lighting, and security guards etc… things will get stolen or damaged occasionally, so please don’t leave anything worth value in your vehicles.

9. Q: Do you offer Corporate Parking Accounts?
A: Yes, please call our customer service at 877-775-2930

10. Q: Do you have car seats available for infants?
A: No we are not equipped to handle infants.

11. Q: How do I obtain Vista Parking Discount Coupons?

A: There are many Vista Parking Coupons out there. The best way to receive our discount coupons is to sign up for a fee Vista Parking account, Go here: http://www.VistaParking.com once you are a registered member, we will automatically send you offers to the email address listed on your account.

12. Q: How do I use Vista Parking Coupons?
A: If it’s an internet offer: Please print the coupon, save it and present it to one of our managers upon checkout. (If it’s a preprinted coupon from a magazine, newspaper or Diner Placemat) Please clip it out of the preprinted piece, or bring the whole sheet in and present it upon checkout.

Refund Policy:

13. Please note there is a non refundable cancellation fee of $10.00. In the event that you are unable to cancel your reservations 48 hours in advance you must call our billing department at (877) 775-2930 x-3 and ask for a "Refund Form". We will send you the Vista Refund form to fill out and return via US Postal. Please send completed form along with a copy of your Confirmation Page to: Vista Parking, Inc. Billing PO Box 1122, Denville, NJ 07834. All refunds are subject to review by Vista Parking Inc and are subject to invetigation. You understand that the process could take 30-90 days to complete each investigation. You must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit for your online payment. If you do not present your receipt to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your online payment and this online payment will not be refunded at a later date. If there is a change in your travel dates or times, you may continue to use your reservation within 7 days of your original departure date. If your trip is canceled, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice before your departure date to receive a refund of the amount you paid online less our $10.00 cancellation fee.

14. Q: I made a reservation at VistaParking.com and now I need to cancel it. Do I get a refund for the money I spent for the prepaid reservation?
A: Yes, less a $10.00 cancellation fee. Please refer to our "Terms Of Service / Refund Policy" listed at the bottom of our website. Also you can call our billing department at 877-775-2930 x-3. We will refund your prepaid reservation if you follow our instructions listed on our website or cancel within 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation with us.

15. Q: Do you have a customer service center to help me with reservations?

A: Yes, 1-877-775-2930 x-2, we prefer you visit our website and make a reservation from there because it will track your email and your reservation. Also you can access our monthly money saving coupons from our website and receive special offers monthly.

16. Q: I made a reservation at VistaParking.com and now I need to cancel it. Do I get a refund for the money I spent for the prepaid reservation?

17. Q: I’m a Travel Agent, do you have an Affiliate Program where I can make commission for every person I send to Vista Parking at Newark Airport??
A: Yes, we have a commission based “Outside Sales” membership program that you can sign up for “Free of charge” and make $5.00 dollars for every referral that results in a Reservation from our Website. We have software that will assign you an affiliate link and enable you to download banners, text ads, text links, etc…place them on your website or insert them into Google.com’s Adwords PPC (pay per click) or MSN.com’s PPC or Yahoo.com’s PPC. The best part is that it’s all trackable through our website. You don’t have to be a Travel Agent. 19. Q: How do I get to Newark Liberty Airport after we arrive at Vista Parking?
A: We have (5) "On Demand" Shuttle Vans that will transport you and your luggage to Newark Liberty Airport and back to Vista Parking.

20. Q: How do I get back to Vista Parking after I return from my trip
A: Upon arrival back at Newark Airport and only after you’ve claimed your luggage should you call our Vista Parking dispatcher 973-465-9400 to send one of our shuttle vans to transport you back to Vista Parking.

21. Q: Is there a fee for using the Vista Parking Shuttle Vans?
A: No, but it would be nice if you tip our drivers for helping you with your luggage.

22. Q: Can I pay the Vista Parking Van Drivers to take me somewhere else beside Newark Liberty Airport?
A: No we don’t allow our drivers to use Vista Parking Shuttle Vans for transporting people anywhere other than Newark Liberty Airport.

23. Q: How long does it take to get to Newark Liberty Airport from Vista Parking?
A: 5-10 minutes without traffic, sometimes longer, so please arrive at our parking facility sooner than later.

24. Q: How long before my flight leaves, should I arrive at Vista Parking?
A: It’s always good to give yourself enough time to check into Vista Parking especially during peak hours or Holidays, we recommend 2.5 hours before your flight leaves.

25. Q: Do your Vista Parking Shuttle Vans run 24/7?
A: Yes, we are a 24/7 out door Valet Parking facility servicing Newark Liberty Airport.

Vehicle Damage:

26. Q: What happens if my vehicle is accidentally damaged while parking at your facility? Whose insurance covers the damage?
A: Your Insurance; It is no different then when you park your vehicle at a public shopping center. Example: You let your Friend borrow your vehicle to go shopping and he or she parks at a shopping center. While they are shopping, someone bumps into your vehicle and scratches or damages the bumper. The damages would be covered by the vehicle owner’s insurance policy.
