A: $15.00 per day

A: Typically, you should try to book your trip as soon as possible. Most people book parking reservations 2-4 weeks in advance. If you are a customer or frequent flyer, one (1) week to 24 hours in advance.
4. Q: Is there an Hourly Parking Rate?
A: No, we run our daily parking facility based on 24 hour intervals with a three hour grace period. Example: Joe and his family arrive at Vista Parking on Saturday April 24, 2010 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time to park their vehicle and leave for their vacation, we clocked them in at 12:00 P.M. and shuttled them to Newark Airport. They arrive back at Vista Parking Saturday May 1, 2010 (one week later) at 4:00 P.M. We clock them out at 4:00 P.M. We charged Joe and his family (8) days for parking
Refund Policy:
6. Q: Can I receive a refund for my reservations ?
A: Unfortunately, reservations are non-refundable. Once a reservation is booked, a parking spot is exclusively reserved under your name. Parking spots cannot be used by another individual and so cannot be refunded. Reservations have no expiration dates and can be altered as needed.

Monthly money saving coupons can be accessed from our website as well.

A: Parking confirmation number and email, discount coupon, and valet ticket must be present and shown to the parking facility manager.

A: Yes, reservations can be cancelled by contacting our customer service center at 1-877-775-2930 x-2. Please clearly state your name, confirmation number (invoice number), and reason for cancellation and it will be handled promptly.

A: Upon booking reservation, a confirmation email was sent to you. Log in at www.vistaparking.com using the confirmation user ID (email) and computer generated password received in email. Click the change reservation link and adjust accordingly.

A: Your Insurance must cover the damage. A complaint form must be filled out at the parking facility or downloaded on our website, www.vistaparking.com, to indicate damages. Your insurance company should pay for damages through their No Fault Policy.
27. Q: Should I leave valuables in my car while parking at your facility?
A: No, valuables should not be left unmonitored. Although we have strict security including video cameras, fencing, lighting, and security guards, and etc. Belongings might get lost or damaged occasionally, so please don't leave any valuable items in your vehicles.
